Client Spotlight (October 2016)

This month we would like to put the Spotlight on Karen Gunn-Bardot Tumbiolo at Showcase Property Management.  Karen has been a client of our since 2010.  She is involved in the constantly demanding world of property and home owner association management.  Karen and her team are the people who help insure your property is properly taken care of and gets regular maintenance such as pest control and lawn care.  Not to mention that they are your direct connection between you and your property and tenants.  As a property manager she is also a second set of hands when it comes to getting little problems resolved efficiently. 

 We have all heard of the property manager that won’t answer your call and will not resolve an issue that needs to be addressed.  Karen and her team are the shining gems amongst the multiple property management companies and related brokers. They are dedicated and compassionate people who provide the best service possible.  Karen takes her time to make every client a priority and maintain their properties as her own.
